Generic product packaging for home-made face masks, as well as masks with existing packages that don’t conform to Health Canada’s labelling requirements (such as non-medical KN95 masks).
The Face Mask Pack comes in Green or Blue colour, and is ideal for sellers of home-made masks who want to present or mail their crafted masks in professional-looking packages.
Each pack can hold 1 to 5 folded fabric masks. Inner pack dimensions are 15.5cm x 14.5cm. Masks that exceed these dimensions can not fit unless they are folded.
The label information is in English only. No filtration, bacterial or viral protection claims appear on the label, which meets Health Canada’s guidelines for the sale of non-medical masks to the public.
The back panel has an area where mask makers and sellers can affix their own printed label, which should contain their specific information such as the materials used, and the manufacturer’s name/address.

- Customers in Halifax, Dartmouth and Bedford enjoy free delivery on orders of $100 or more.
- Free pickup is available by appointment only.
- We recycle! Your package may arrive in an Amazon or other branded box. Reusing boxes is environmentally friendly and reduces the customer's cost of shipping.
Returns
- A 15-day (from shipping date) return policy applies to all items returned unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the card used to pay for the order within 2 business days of receiving the item. You will receive an automatic refund receipt to the email address you provided during your purchase. Depending on your credit card company, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your credit card before contacting The PPE Store.
- Return shipping costs are not reimbursable by The PPE Store.
- Items vulnerable to contamination (such as masks) can only be returned if unopened and in original sealed packaging.
